Black Rice Noodles, Butter Bean Paste with Pickled Walnuts Recipe

Follow the black rice noodles instructions from the packet.The ones I brought took about 5 minutes to cook once the water had boiled.

Defrost your butter beans first about a cup.

Warm then through, them put on the side. In the same pan, warm some Extra virgin olive oil, add sea salt and pepper, take 5 crushed garlic cloves, some chopped chill and allow to sit in the warm oil. Till you can smell their aroma but don’t brown, add back the beans for a few minutes.

Take the beans and place into your food processor and bitz to a paste. Taste and add more of any of these ingredients.

Take the cooked noodles, add spinach and the bean paste, add chopped pickled walnuts.

Serve and Enjoy

Freeze any extra bean paste for during the week.
