I did this over a week ago now…. very painful and odd to have a big bruise like this on my body. It’s made me more aware of myself physically plus I’ve needed to slow down and rest more.

 

 

 
I’ve using to heal:

Ginger juice – to reduce pain and inflammation
Turmeric juice – contains curcurmin another powerful anti-inflammatory and strong antioxidant
Lemon juice – the high amounts of Vitamin C are a powerful infection fighter
With hot water as a tea.
