What if those small moments of peace we take daily are the moments we receive, inspiration to know what is the next write thing for us to be doing next in our life’s.

Reading a paper, drinking tea in the quiet moment, walking home after coffee and a chat with a close friend, being alone washing your face with the bathroom door closed, sitting on the bus, watching the world go by.

Moments easily taken for granted.

Change can be slow, habits are tricky to become aware of that don’t serve us anymore. Then changing the habit can be even slower. The concept of happiness and the feeling of happiness can seem very far away, to be of any help or use to us in a moment of need.

Need to change, recognising uncomfortable feelings, feeling them. Sitting with the pain and allowing the feeling to pass.

To make changes in one’s life is never easy particularly when I realised they were the choices I was making and the effects I was receiving were from my choices.

Learning to focus on the joys in my life has been slow but realising in, small quiet moments daily. The happiest moments of my day to day life, no matter how small brings in more happiness.

Now I have learnt how to be mine before anyone else’s  =  rituals
