My Mousse = No Cravings

Makes about 3 cups of mousse
Ingredients
Chia seeds – soaked into a gel I did this with water for about 10 to 15 minutes then start stirring, until all liquids are soaked up. Taste the chia seeds to see if they are soft, add more liquid and keep stirring. I use 3 tablespoons of chia then ¼ of a cup of almond milk.
⅔ Cup Cacao Powder
1¼ Cups Avocado, (approx. 2 small / medium size ripe avocados if you can only find large size that is fine too) just add a little more cacao powder if your avocados are larger
⅓ Cup Coconut Oil
Vanilla Pod or extract a good teaspoon
1 tsp a Good tsp of Ground Cinnamon
⅓ Cup locally brought Honey or Rice Malt Syrup
Pinch of High Mineral Raw Salt or a natural salt you like
¾ Cup Filtered Water start with a bit less water and a just as needed

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender (wet ingredients in first) and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a high speed bleeder, don’t worry it is not essential use a fork and bowl. Just keep moshing until smooth.

Taste but note the taste gets even better after it’s been sitting in the fridge, check for sweetness.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Storage: This pudding stores well in an airtight sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
This is an amazing breakfast with a hot drink. Enjoy this delicious chocolatey treat !
