Have you ever wondered if food can affect your mood? Ever binged on junk food and felt depressed after and then all blocked inside? With the feeling of being blocked inside then the feeling like you can’t let go of the guilt from your own food choices and then made even worse because you can’t go poo ?
Then this carries on and feels like forever physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually drained all because of that overwhelming urge to consume food. Foods that are devoid of energy and are man-made have a negative effect on the body by draining our energy from us which can lead to lethargy, depression, apathy and negativity. On top of guilt and not being able to go poo! This is not a pretty picture, yet many of us do this to ourselves over and over again.
